  According to www.dictionary.com, music is "an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color."

  Every album worth listening to conveys some sort of message. The music can be used to make a politcal statement, as a memoir, as an outlet for creativity, anger, or joy, as a catalyst for action, as an inhibitor of action, as a method of praise, as a method of hate, as a way to reach out, as a way to isolate, as a way to involve, as a way to entertain, as a way to persuade, as a way to tell a story.
